130: #100DayChallenge Update

It’s been a little over a week since I started my #100DayChallenge. I lost 5.6 lbs in one week. I did the “3 Times Workout,” 30-45 minutes at the gym, and drank water like a camel everyday. I also counted my calories using the My Fitness Pal app on my iPhone. I ate every 3 hours, and sleep at least 7-8 hours during the day. If I only had 6 hours over night, I would take an hour nap in the afternoon. I have a Sleep Number bed, so I usually get a good night’s sleep but this change in my lifestyle has made my nights even better.

Due to the success I had within a week, motivation came easy, but I still keep little reminders of my goal weight to keep me going.
